About Us:

We are looking for a Backend Developer (MERN Stack) who can also lead a tream and can take ownership of operations, initiatives, and coordinate effectively with the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integration and cohesive delivery.
• Oversee the complete deployment process for web and app projects (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Manage and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and architecture.
• Review code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and database structures.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and progress tracking with the project management team.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer (MERN Stack).
• Strong command of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose ORM.
• Proficiency in REST API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with deployment and server management (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Basic understanding of React.js and frontend workflows for effective collaboration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while guiding a team toward project milestones.
