Notice of Annual General Body Meeting 2025

Dear NEDATS Members,

Assalam-o-Alaikum

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of NEDATS to be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 10 am.

The meeting will be held on Zoom platform. Please register on this Zoom link to attend. Registration is mandatory by June 20, 2025. 

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Annual report 2024-2025
• Introducing new BOD members (2025-2028)
• General outline for next year’s programs.
• Financial report 2024-2025
• Q&A/ Suggestions
• Other items with permission from the Chair

The meeting will be chaired by the NEDATS President.

We (Board of Directors) are requesting you to participate in this interactive meeting, bring new ideas, suggestions and make NEDATS better and improved organization that we all can be proud of.
