Notice of Annual General Body Meeting

Dear NEDATS Members,

Assalam-o-Alaikum

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of NEDATS to be held on Saturday, June 21, 2024 at 10 am.

The meeting will be held using Zoom platform. The registration link will be provided at a later date. Please note that registration is mandatory to attend the meeting.

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• Annual report 2024-2025
• Introducing new BOD members (2025-2028)
• General outline for next year’s programs.
• Financial report 2024-2025
• Q&A/ Suggestions
• Other items with permission from the Chair

The meeting will be chaired by the NEDATS President.

We (Board of Directors) are requesting you to participate in this interactive meeting, bring new ideas, suggestions and make NEDATS better and improved organization that we all can be proud of.
